the role:The Sales Operations Director will lead a team whose work
requires collaboration with partners across the enterprise to
maximize the effectiveness of the field sales organization. In
addition, the team is responsible for projects that drive execution
of the annual operating plan and strategic plan. The role will
report directly to the Vice President, Commercial Services.Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high performing sales operations team using
advanced technology and processes to meet organizational goals in a
profitable manner.
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of 4-5 high performing
managers and team around 30 people.
- Provide leadership on all aspects of Sales Operations to team
members, including commercial strategy, learning and development,
and business process optimization.
- Create vision for, and lead, Sales Operations Council
enterprise wide.
- Define annual and quarterly goals and recommend supporting
activities to achieve.
- Accelerate business growth and drive operational efficiencies
by extracting insights from data, predicting business outcomes, and
embedding intelligence and technology into business processes.
- Expert in program management, leading a broad scope of
projects.
- Develop commercial strategies to maximize effectiveness and
efficiency.
- Execute, influence & acceptance of key commercial strategies
through use of data driven storytelling.
- Define, delegate, and manage strategic projects to improve
business performance.
- Work with cross functional partners such as Directors of Sales,
Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology.
- Continually develop commercial strategies to maximize
effectiveness and efficiency amid changing market dynamics.
- Define training opportunities for ongoing development to ensure
every level of the selling organization is best prepared to execute
the requirements for their role.
- Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to
contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational
objectives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory
requirements).Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: bachelor's degree Required / Advanced Degree
Preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the areas of program management,
sales operations, emerging market trends, finance, and sales and/or
sales development.
- Minimum 2 years' experience leading teams in the areas of
program management, sales operations, and sales and/or sales
training.
- Superior problem-solving skills, including identifying root
cause and developing technological and predictive solutions through
program management.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Vision and leadership skills required to drive change across
commercial sales organization.
- Proven successful track record in the identified areas of focus
in sales operations, program management, and sales.
- Proven track record of leading teams through change.

full-time position will be $ to $, plus variable compensation
governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes
certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined
