We're seeking a seasoned Application Systems Analyst to join our team of innovators and problem-solvers. As a senior member of our team, you'll play a critical role in transforming the way our clients approach clinical and business processes. Responsibilities:

* Lead or perform in-depth studies to understand clients' clinical and business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing information systems
* Analyze existing reports, procedures, systems, and controls to develop targeted solutions
* Conduct feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and design clinical and business information systems that meet clients' evolving needs
* Develop detailed conceptual designs, specifications, and application-level specifications for systems performance, integration, and database design
* Create data flow diagrams, devise and modify procedures, and lead studies on the impact of major systems conversions
* Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless system implementation, providing expert guidance on design issues, alternatives, and cost/benefit analyses
* Develop and produce custom applications software, preparing detailed specifications and writing programs using various programming languages
* Install, test, and maintain standard applications software products, ensuring optimal performance
* Develop, review, and document systems test plans, leading or performing systems tests and revising/debugging software as needed
* Prepare comprehensive information systems documentation, including instructions, operating procedures, flow processes, security, and control requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* 5-7 years of experience in application systems analysis, with a strong understanding of clinical and business processes
* Current Epic certification(s) or ability to achieve based on EPIC Project Commitment
* Ability to work off-hours and participate in on-call rotation
