position will work under the guidance and direction of the Security
Manager. The assignments of the Security Representative are focused
on supporting the administration of a robust security program for
several projects in a dynamic environment.
Support the Facility Security Officer
(FSO), performing a wide variety of duties to assist the FSO in the
implementation and maintenance of a complete industrial security
program including alarm response, area control, container access,
badge and lock control, incident investigation, classification
management, classified hardware control, and plant protection as
required by the Department of Defense under the National Industrial
Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other government
agencies.Support the implementation of all requisite national
security directives with specific emphasis on DoD 5205.07 SAP
Manuals and Volume 4 and exhibit the dedication and expectation of
a skilled security professional while working under the direct
supervision of the Security Manager. The Security Representative
works as a team player, exhibits flexibility, manages priorities,
and meets customer expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Interact with internal and external customers and
Government security officials in performance of security duties.
Perform physical security, information security, security education
and awareness, document & media control, personnel security, data
transfers, visitor control; maintain security files, handle &
processing classified documents, and other security support
activities as assigned.Perform all duties in accordance with DoD,
UL 2050 and NISPOM requirements. Responsible for checking emergency
exits, patrolling the interior and exterior of the campus. In
charge of area and container access; briefing personnel of their
responsibilities for having access to containers and closed areas,
maintaining access rosters, lock control and conducting audits of
both areas and containers.Responsible for writing and reviewing
incident reports. Investigates security violations and prepares
comprehensive reports for submission to the FSO for review and
necessary action. Responsible for covering breaks at the front
desk; must learn the visitor control process to include badging of
personnel/visitors, escorting and conducting bag checks.Create and
modify badge accounts. Monitors key control.Support other security
related tasks as assigned by the Security Manager. Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and 1 year of similar
experience
- Active Secret clearance (within a 5 year scope)
- Exceptional administrative & organizational skillsNormal office
environment: may work extended hours, weekends, and be on call for
after hour support on a rotational basis. This position has a high,
mobile visibility during the day/business hours. Position requires
climbing, lifting and long periods of standing and walking. Local
travel, throughout the Southern New Hampshire region will be
required routinely. Other travel may be required on a very limited
basis. Performs other duties and responsibilities as

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
