Job Description:

Develop real-time, embedded software components of a complex communication system.
Work collaboratively on software development team to meet program milestones

Required Skills:

Familiarity and experience developing with real-time, embedded operating systems or experience developing with resource-constrained systems and low-level Linux in addition to POSIX-compliant application layer programming.
Experience with C, C++ and object-oriented development.
Experience with software lifecycle processes and their associated tools, such as software modeling with Unified Modeling Language (UML), revision control, and issue tracking.
Experience interfacing with firmware components (FPGAs).
Experience with communication signal processing and protocols.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in development for resource-constrained platforms.
Familiarity with MATLAB.
