Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Automation Engineering to
lead a team responsible for building automation and test
frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 5-10 automation engineers across multiple product
stages
Develop an end-to-end automation strategy and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Architect and design software frameworks to meet product
reliability and performance requirements
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in building automated test frameworks and
software tools
5+ years of technical management experience in an
execution-oriented role
Understanding of framework architectures and trade-offs in
efficiency, scalability, and performance
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop simulation and communication
protocols
Ability to design hardware infrastructure for test applications
