Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics to oversee data methodology and analytics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data strategies for analytics and data products
Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality analyses and maintain best practices for data methodologies
Lead a team of Survey Data and Reporting Analysts and ensure data integrity through quality assurance practices

Required Qualifications

BA or BS in data science, statistical research, or mathematics
7-10 years of relevant experience in statistical research and data analysis, including 5 years in a leadership role
Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and database design
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing best practices
Preferred: MBA or master's degree in a relevant area
