Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Manager to manage
third-party program relationships and ensure optimal vendor
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key account manager for assigned vendors, ensuring
compliance with contracts and optimal performance
Track, analyze, and report on vendor performance, creating and
managing vendor scorecards and correction plans
Coordinate with internal departments to communicate expectations
and resolve claim disputes related to vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public
Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in account management or working with
Primary Care Providers in the healthcare field
Able to present to executive-level teams at delegated entities
Experience in managing vendor relationships and performance
standards
Knowledge of compliance with state contracts and guidelines
