A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Management
Director to provide strategic leadership in real estate
services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of transaction managers and account leads on various
real estate projects
Establish best practices, KPIs, and account governance for
consistent service delivery
Coordinate analyses and documentation for real estate transactions,
ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of related
experience
Real Estate Salesperson license
Strong financial acumen, with experience in developing and
implementing financial policies
Experience in managing department budgets and analyzing financial
reports
Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation skills
