more secure world. - Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity
available for a Development Support Engineer I to join our Advanced
Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department, a part of Raytheon,
for a Development Support Engineer in the RFC Development Fab. AMS
develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices,
millimeter/microwave integrated circuits, focal plane arrays, and
modules for defense and commercial applications. What Will You
Do:
- Support the research and development efforts of the department
by performing semiconductor processing in the RF Components
Development Fab in the areas of etch, deposition, and/or back end
of line.
- Coordinate with the Production Workcenters or R&D Project
Managers to execute on experiments related to new process
development.
- Maintain development processes
- Support overhead projects for the growth and sustainment of the
Development Fab.
- Obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
- This role will be 100% on-site and based in Andover, MA.
- This position is for 1st Shift. Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical
Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or
Mathematics (STEM) major and a minimum of 1-2 years of prior
electrical test experience is required -
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued
security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as
only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- An Associates Degree or higher in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Experience with semiconductor device processing in either Etch,
Deposition, or Back-End-of-Line or any other aspect of compound
semiconductor device processing.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (JMP, Minitab, R,
SPSS, MATLAB, etc).
- The ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional
teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate data and observations generated
during processing.

always. The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role,
function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
